I just realized that all these bars, restaurants, clubs and hotels spend so much money on their furniture but do we (the customers) actually care about the bar chairs, cafe stools, restaurant furniture or hotel furniture? I have to be honest here when I go out with my friends I don’t really notice all these things. The only things I notice are drinks and women. But I have to admit when I take my family to a restaurant I do care about how the restaurant looks like, I do care about the chairs, the interior and the environment.
So I am wondering if it’s only me who notices these things while I am out with my family or is there someone else who notices the furniture and actually cares about where they want to take their family to eat? Recently I went to the London Trocadero where I was more intrigued to see the interior of the place other than just drinks and the Women. I really did enjoy their interior decoration, the lounge and the modern furniture they had in place.
I started noticing these things after a friend of mine – who is looking to open a motel; came to ask me for an advice on what sort of hotel stools and furniture he should get. I instantly replied back as a joke who cares about the furniture just have clean rooms with cheap prices per night and a big lounge with a bar. But when we started the research on which furniture to get, I was totally shocked by how many people actually care about the furniture whether its for cafes, bars or hotels. Lots of bars, hotels, restaurants and cafes spend a lot of money to find the right furniture which catches the eye of their customers. Even though my friend is only opening a small motel, the time and money he has spend on researching about the furniture is mind blowing. I really do hope this works for him and I have said I will always be there to help him out.
